Chris Pridnia CFP®

Chris Pridnia, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, is the owner of Bluestone Financial Advisors, and a branch manager with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner for over twenty years, where he specializes in helping individuals manage and preserve wealth for retirement.

A native of northeastern Michigan, Chris attended Central Michigan University, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in statistics. Prior to joining Raymond James Financial Services in January 2004, Chris was an investment representative at Edward Jones for 15 years. During that time frame, he also spent a year and a half in Canada assisting with Edward Jones’ first expansion outside of the United States. For the last two years with Edward Jones, Chris was the regional leader for the Charlotte, NC region.

Chris is a member of the Gaston Chamber of Commerce, where he was the 1999 Business Person of the Year based on community leadership and exemplary business practices. He served as a member of the Gastonia East Rotary Club, and a Board Member of the Gaston Literacy Council, and is currently an Emeritus Board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Gaston. He served as President of the Gastonia Jaycees in 1999, President of the Kiwanis Club in 2000-2001, and President of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Gaston in 2011-2012.

Chris is a member of the First United Methodist Church, where he has served on the Finance Committee and the Staff Parish Relations Committee.  In his leisure time, he enjoys tennis, golfing and traveling.
