Jim Love III
James F. Love III, "Jim," is a Registered Representative and an Investment Adviser Representative with Raymond James Financial Services. He has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and was previously with Securities America, Inc.
Jim developed a successful financial career over 25 years in the textile industry including several management positions. He attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh where he graduated with a BA degree in Economics. He served for four years in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Pope AFB, North Carolina. He earned an MBA degree in finance from Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Jim lives with his wife Donna in Mount Holly. They have a daughter, Margaret, and her partner James Stanfill, who live in Rocky Mount, NC. Their son Frank, and daughter-in-law Lindsey, have two sons and they live in Burbank, California. Jim has been active in the Gaston County community for many years and has previously served on the board of directors of the Gaston County United Way and Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the board of trustees of the Gaston County Museum of Art & History, Historic Hoyle Homestead and is an advisor to the Gaston County Historic Preservation Commission. Jim served as an elder and deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Holly, North Carolina.
